What to expect
before you arrive
Please be sure to fill out your intake paperwork before you arrive. We will email your forms after you make your appointment! Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in and make sure all necessary forms are completed. We can’t wait to welcome you with open arms.
first visit
Your first appointment will be around 60 minutes as we perform a thorough health history and examination to truly find the root of the problem. After the examination, we will discuss a treatment plan that is catered to you. We will end the first visit with a treatment.
second visit
Your next visit will be between 20-30 minutes. We will review your treatment plan, answer any questions you have and treat you based off your unique treatment plan.
