At Home Chiropracic and Wellness, we believe that treatment should not be limited by insurance plans. Evey pregnancy is different. Every child is different. Every body is different. We strive to create personalized care plans that are catered to your health goals. Therefore, I charge a straightforward fee with no hidden costs. Payment will be expected at time of service.

We accept both HSA and FSAs. Treatment notes and detailed receipts are available for the patient to submit.

We are a non-participating provider in Medicare. Therefore, we accept medicare patients but we charge an upfront fee from the patient that is due at the time of service. This fee is regulated by medicare. The patient will then be reimbursed by medicare. We cannot guarantee full reimbursement and the patient will be responsible for all uncovered services. If you have questions, please contact our office.

I would be happy to provide a super bill that can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement. I cannot guarantee what services will be reimbursed.
